The Centre has preferential facilties for accommodation to first year boys at Maniram Dewan Boys' Hostel , which was inauguarated on April 3, 2009. It is a three-storied facility providing single room accommodation to 56 students. The mess is managed by the students with the help of five full time employees.
Dr. Surajit Konwer (Assistant Professor, Department of Chemistry, Dibrugarh University) is the Warden of the hostel while the Prefect is Mr. Mriganka Pratim Deka of the MBA (FT) 2023 Batch. The day to day operations of the hostel including the Mess is run by the Hostel Council. The Hostel has wi-fi facilities, Cable TV and Inverter for the benefit of the boarders. It brings out a yearly publication called Ayan. It is the first hostel of Dibrugarh University to have its own logo. It continues to be the only hostel with its exclusive website.

The students of CMS are also accommodated at some other Boys' hostels of the University - Miles Bronson Chatra Nivas (MBCN) and Lummer Dai Chatra Nivas (LDCN). Information about these hostels may be sourced from the Hostels Section of the Dibrugarh University website. The University in the AY 2023-24 allotted a total of twenty (20) seats to the girls of the Centre for accommodation to the Boys' hostels of the University. While 8 seats were allotted to MBA (FT), 10 seats were allotted for BBA and 2 for MTTM. Admission Fees for the University Hostels is ₹ 2900/year. Mess Dues vary and is about ₹ 2000/month.
Many private hostels and Paying Guests are there for boys in the vicinity of the University with good facilities.
